a) Payment Option

1. Bank Transfer: We accept payments through secure bank-to-bank transfers. Customers are requested to ensure that all bank transfer charges are borne by the sender, unless otherwise agreed upon.
2. PayPal Payments: We also accept payments through PayPal. Any applicable PayPal transaction fees shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

b) Buyers Payment

1. Letter of Credit (LC): We accept payments through bank-issued Letters of Credit (LC), subject to mutually agreed terms and conditions.
2. Advance Payment: 50% of the total invoice value is required as an advance payment upon order confirmation. The remaining 50% balance shall be payable upon receipt of the shipping bill number and relevant shipping documents.

c) Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Ambaji Export House. An order shall be considered confirmed only after receiving the agreed advance payment or an approved Letter of Credit.

d) Product Specifications: Product specifications, dimensions, colors, quantities, and quality standards shall be mutually agreed upon before order confirmation.

e) Pricing: All prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, production expenses, freight charges, and other market conditions. The final price will be confirmed at the time of order placement.

f) Production & Delivery: Production and delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Delivery schedules may vary depending on production requirements, shipping arrangements, and unforeseen circumstances.

g) Quality Assurance: We are committed to supplying products that meet the mutually agreed specifications and quality standards. Buyers may request product samples or inspection arrangements before shipment, subject to prior agreement.

h) Customs & Import Responsibilities: The buyer shall be responsible for complying with applicable import regulations, customs requirements, duties, taxes, and clearance procedures in the destination country, unless otherwise agreed.

i) Cancellation & Amendments: Any order cancellation or modification must be mutually agreed upon in writing. Cancellation charges or applicable deductions may apply depending on the production stage and expenses incurred.

j) Force Majeure: Ambaji Export House shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

k) Claims & Disputes: Any concerns regarding product quality, quantity, or shipping must be communicated in writing within a mutually agreed period after receipt of the goods, along with supporting documentation.

l) Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
